Second AC Forum & LCE Collaborative Learning Experience takes place in Milan

AC Forum and Leading Centres of Europe Successfully Host Second Collaborative Learning Experience in Milan

The AC Forum, a platform for peer-to-peer exchange on association management, and the Leading Centres of Europe, an alliance of top European conference venues,  joined forces once again in summer 2022 for the second edition of their Collaborative Learning Experience.

Held in Milan, Italy, from June 27-28, 2022, the event offered a unique opportunity for leading European associations and conference centres to strengthen relationships and develop crucial negotiation skills.

Focus on Persuasion in Negotiation

The 2022 Collaborative Learning Experience focused on the vital skill of persuasion in negotiation. Participants explored how to build positive and lasting relationships with negotiation partners, utilize communication techniques to strengthen human connections, leverage persuasive language to influence and guide decision-making, and develop a personalized action plan for continuous improvement in negotiation skills.

Interactive Learning and Expert Guidance

The workshop employed a dynamic approach to learning, combining international insights from The European House – Ambrosetti, a leading provider of management and organizational development training, with interactive group exercises designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Participants also gained access to a comprehensive digital library for ongoing learning and reference.

The successful event provided a valuable platform for professional development and networking, further solidifying the partnership between the AC Forum and the Leading Centres of Europe.
